I
am withdrawing the scan of Oyata Sensei’s Early Tuite by Seiru Oyata. Lee
Richards has provided me proof that the Oyata family has
copyright of the work, I do not wish to cause them any distress. That and I do
no practice their art.

ReplyDeleteI have found the original copyright information where Taika Seiyu Oyata sent off for this document to be copyrighted. Mrs. Oyata had the document and it is still valid for 70 years from the time of his death. Please remove these scanned pages. I can scan the documents if you so desire and send you a copy. You are violating US copyright laws right now.

ReplyDeleteJust fot the record, I personally have no interest in the Oyata training. I was just providing what had be shared with me for my students future interest. When George Dillman invited a friend to train with him, nothing interested me then of later, on seeing this document. Personally I don't believe this is a great find, but as this blog is for my students perhaps they may find some value to it. I do not hide what I share, others can see it. But with proof of copywrite I will discard this post. I do need proof as anyone on the internet can say anything. I wish you luck with your training.
