Nijushiho Bunkai Notes from 1988

Bunkai means something very different from my studies with Tristan Sutrisno, and his family Shotokan tradition, from his fathers studies in Japan in the 1930s.

 

These are some of the notes I kept from his teachings one day. These are some of  the first level bunkai for his Nijushiho kata.
