The Sword of No Sword
This
book is about Tesshu Yamaoko, who
was the headmaster of the Muto Ryu of
Swordmanship, a follower of Zen
Buddahism and known for his Calligraphy.
My
own interests do not go towards the study of sword, but this biography are
interesting reading. His life, the examples of his calligraphy outstanding, and
his writings are compelling. It was worth the time to read this.
