much for our throwing sai at the ground.
This
reminds me of Sherman Harrill discussing that originally the sai throw in
Kusanku Sai was into the body of the opponent, not thrown into the foot. The
change was due to too many bodies in the dojo to toss the sai safely.

Murray also experienced this at a Goju dojo on Okinawa which he visited when he
was there in 1972
