Miyagi Chojun Sensei demonstrating ashi-tori. It's interesting to note his knee touching the ground. Both sanseiru and kururunfa clearly show this technique, however it is a common theme in many Goju kata.
Disclaimer: IHe's not wearing an obi but he does have stripes on
his shorts. I believe each stripe has profound meaning in this ancient
practice.
