This resembles one technique application from an Isshinryu Kata I worked out. I have never seen anyone else use this application. I only taught it to my most senior students who actually trained with me.  The simple reason while it could be used with a variety of speeds and varied results, the manner which one trains the kata would yield results I will not share.

 

This is a personal decision about how I taught.
