Several of the Brown Belt Drills which include various Aikido principles

I learned a series of 8 drills the first time I trained with Tristan Sutrisno in Hazleton Pa. in 1980. I later started teaching them at green belt. They are to indoctrinate my students into these principles for later development in Black Belt training.

Obviously they have much more going on than just aikido principles.
