Kama around the Okinawan household

I once attended a Kobudo clinic with Fusie Kise Sensei.

 

When we got to the Kama portion of the clinic.

He told us on Okinawa Kama was a usual household item,

Used to garden around the house.

The Okinawan people got them at the local hardware store.
