Tatsuo Shimabuku - "My Seisan"

Sensei Advincula tells a nice Shimabuku story about Seisan stance.

In the Agenadojo, students noticed that Master Shimabuku's stance was
different than what was taught.

They asked Shimabuku to perform a Seisan stance. He showed heel toe
on line and went down touching back knee to opposite foot.
They then asked himt o perform a monement from Seisan kata.

Shimabuku angled his back foot in a short Zenkutsu and did the techniques.

They again asked him to demonstrate a proper Seisan.
He again did the heel toe on line, etc.

Again they asked him to perform the stance in the kata and again
got the short Zenkutsu.

The students then asked Master Shimabku why the difference.
He got into the short Zenkutsu and stated, "my Seisan".
