Tam Tui

There are many versions of Tam Tui, which is a system in its own right. This is also an introductory form taught by the Chin Woo Association. And as Northern Eagle Claw is in the Chin Woo, it is one of the 10 introductory studies of Chin Woo that begins a students studies in Eagle Claw.

Tam Tui is also one of the studies I had with Ernest Rothrock.
