THE RETURN OF MAGNETIC MONSTER


Preparation

Left Crane Stance
    both hands circle upwards
    descending prayer hands

Leap forward (to north) with right foot - turning 90 degrees         clock-wise
    Execute the Eagle Swoops Down

    The form now flows from East to West

LFF left hand out counter-clockwise
RFF right hand out counter-clockwise
LFB 180 degrees - The Snake Retreats

Leap forward (to west) with left foot - turning 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
    Execute the Eagle Swoops Down

    The form now flows from West to East

RFF left hand out counter-clockwise
LFF right hand out counter-clockwise
RFB 180 degrees - The Snake Retreats

    The form now flows from East to West

Left foot draws back in cat stance - lands in lower wing position
LFF - RFF - Turn to the left and draw the left foot back - The Ghost Departs
LFF - RFF - The Bear Cleans its Claws

    The form now flows from West to East

Right foot draws back in cat stance - hands to lower wing position
RFF - LFF - turn to left and draw left foot back - The Ghost Departs
RFF - LFF - The Bear Wipes its Nose
    Turn to left 45 degrees from North

RFF - Cat Stance - the Whirling Winds
        
    Turn to North

LFF - Cat Stance - Right counter-clockwise inner parry
                Left counter-clockwise outer parry
        Right counter-clockwise inner parry
    Tornado
        Turn to  Rear and drop on the right knee with both                            hands on the ground
        Execute left back from the floor, kicking from the ground
        Roll to right whole Scissoring legs
        Execute a left side lock. while still on the floor
        Roll right on left knee and execute a right back kick                        with both hands on the ground
        Return the right kicking let to chamber and rise
