Earth, Wind & Fire - That's the Way of the World (Official Audio)

Somehow I believe I have written about this before, but I believe it is worth repeating.

IMO, it seems like we are experiencing a cycle of disasters in our country.

School and other Shootings
Horrific rapes and murders
Hurricanes
Wild Fires
Drones
Terrorists attacks
Greater wild fires

Each one in its own locality, each case becoming a national news story for a while then to be replaced by the next story when something new occurs.

Once the story occupies the news cycle, it is forgotten for the next big story.

However on the local level it is not forgotten as those these have to continue to deal with what happened.

Take the latest the wind driven wild fires consuming the LA outskirts. Thousands of homes destroyed. The remaining land polluted. It has been claimed that up to 70% of the population will move on.

With years or decades required to rebuild the area, it will be a long time until the residents can safely make any living in that area.

Then there are so many questions. When will schools rebuild?  When will business reopen, as well as who will own them?

Everyone living there is affected, each will respond differently.
