1.

the left hand smashes down on the top of their hand, as the right forearm
smashes up on the bottom of their wrist, bending their hand down.

hand grabs their bent hand as,

The right
hand then grabs their side, digging the fingers into the flesh.

Maintaining the
bent wrist-lock, the right hand then wrenches the grabbed flesh clockwise,
bending the attacker over.
Attacker,
RFF Right Punch
1.
Defender, LFF
(outside their attack) with the right hand rising above their arm and pressing
it down
2. Defender RFF (outside their attack) the right hand flows up into an open hand face strike (jaw or head), timed to meet the completion of the right step.
3. The attacker falls backwards, As they’re falling, pivoting on the ball of the right foot, nail them with a left inside crescent kick and then turning it into a stomp kick when they fall onto the floor
An
example, the attacker steps in RFF with a right punch.
1. Defender LFB with a right inner parry that flows
down to grasp their wrist.
2. Defender RFB rotating their wrist clockwise (with
an assist of their left hand), dropping to the floor with their right knee.
This pulls them forward and down.
3. Defender stands up, performs a right crescent kick
over their arm, puts that foot down over their arm and then left turning back
kicks their face driving them down to the floor.
4 .Defender controls their wrist and rotates it
counter clockwise multiple times rolling them
