The Nippon Karate DO Kai technical workshop record.
It is a state of the Nippon Karate DO Kai and the Shito-ryu technical workshop. This volume is mainly composed of training records of Shito-ryu Karatedo and Itosu kei Kata "Kenpaku". The Nippon Karate DO Kai holds a Shito-ryu technical workshop for stepped people at the Sakai City Ohama Budokan once a month from February to October every year.
