Jim Keenan and I had lunch today .Jim had a wide background;
Isshinryu in Pittsburg, BaGau, Shito Ryu, Krav Maga which he studies with the
founder. He also is a Japanese and Chinese translator. We had a wide ranging
discussion. I hope we can visit again soon.

It would be Jim who took my blog 'Isshin - Concentration the Art' and created a book from my posts.
The book is 'ISSHIN'
Jim has proven to be a real friend.
