Tokumine at age 25 (1951), started karate with Tatsuo Sensei.
Many
times in interviews we get the wrong dates. The date he started was confirmed
by Major Mike (Maekawa) who said they both started around the same time.

2. Tatsuo climbing up a telephone pole on Hwy 75
3. Tatsuo chopping and breaking a bottle with a shuto
One
thing we know, Shimabuku Tatsuo Sensei was known for feats of strength.
