As I age with my disabilities

 


  

The long term benefits I derived from studying  with Ernest Rothrock as I age with my disabilities are:

 

 1.     The first row of the Yang Long Fist T’ai Chi Chaun as modified for my disabilities by myself.

2.     The Eagle Claw Chi Kung Exercise, especially as it keeps my shoulders loose.

3.     The Eagle Clawing drill taught to me by Ernest where I form the eagle claw hanging claw, followed by the inner claw, the outer claw and then the rising back hand parry to become the pulling claw to along inside one’s head. These claws help my grip strength and loosen my fingers.
