Attacker – LFF Left Punch Right Punch (from the front)
No. 1
Rotate left with left inner block
As the right punch comes your right hand circles down counter-clockwise and is underneath their right punch (defecting it to the right) and continues the circle up to press their arm against your chest, pressing in at their elbow. They drop to their knees.
This rotates their center counter clockwise and your left open back hand presses back across their face an drops them back on their back
No. 2
Right low strike into their right arm
Right Punch across into their inner right biceps
No. 3
Right low strike into their right arm
Right hammer-fist strike into their forearm just below the elbow (they begin to drop.
Right punch into their biceps (from the top) ((alt. right thumb strike to separate the muscles)).
Right backfist strike to their head
No. 4
Right low strike into their right arm
Right Punch across into their inner right biceps (dropping them)
Left spear hand strike into their throat when they’re down
