2.     Both hands circle down to pineh both of the carotid sinuses of each carotid artery

Attacker RFF Right Grab

1.     Pivot counter-clockwise to slip inside of the grab (interior line of defense)

2.     Left open hand flows above their hand, while the right open hand flows below their hand.

3.     Simultaneously the left hand smashes down on the top of their hand, as the right forearm smashes up on the bottom of their wrist, bending their hand down.

4.     The left hand grabs their bent hand as,

5.     The right forearm smashes into their side, about at the lower ribs.

6.     The right hand then grabs their side, digging the fingers into the flesh.

7.     Maintaining the bent wrist-lock, the right hand then wrenches the grabbed flesh clockwise, bending the attacker over.

Attacker, RFF Right Punch

1.     Defender, LFF (outside their attack) with the right hand rising above their arm and pressing it down

2.     Defender RFF (outside their attack) the right hand flows up into an open hand face strike (jaw or head), timed to meet the completion of the right step.

3.     The attacker falls backwards, As they’re falling, pivoting on the ball of the right foot, nail them with a left inside crescent kick and then turning it into a stomp kick when they fall onto the floor

An example, the attacker steps in RFF with a right punch.

1. Defender LFB with a right inner parry that flows down to grasp their wrist.

2. Defender RFB rotating their wrist clockwise (with an assist of their left hand), dropping to the floor with their right knee. This pulls them forward and down.

3. Defender stands up, performs a right crescent kick over their arm, puts that foot down over their arm and then left turning back kicks their face driving them down to the floor.

4 .Defender controls their wrist and rotates it counter clockwise multiple times rolling them
