Remembering Sherman Harrill

Having been most fortunate to have known and trained with Sherman Harrill, I believe, today, on the day after the anniversary of his death, the thing he would be most passionate about is we get working again. Honoring him, let me get the ball rolling with this memory from my Sherm-pedia notes.

An answer from SunNuSu kata:

Attacker RFF Right Punch

a.     Left Low Parry

Attacker Left Punch

b.    Right Inner Parry

Attacker Right Punch

c.      Right low palm parry

d.    Left spear hand to throat

e.       ----- continues  -------

f.      Right hand grabs the attackers wrist (right palm down)

g.     Turn 180 degrees clockwise (while rotating the right hand from your left to your right side, ending in RFF Seisan

h.    Execute a left spear hand rubbing across the attacker’s arm

i.       Right foot back to the side, then throw a left side kick

Then a clinic would end and everyone was drained, Sherman would still be energized and showing more applications in the locker room, He never stood down, but kept going on and on.
