How even the use of a light touch is most useful.

Sherman Harrill demonstrates on Garry Gerrosie

1996

Sherman makes a point about how a touch redirects the mind toward the touch, and that makes the punch hit harder.

First Sherman lightly strikes Garry, in the solar plexus, and Garry handles the strike.

Then Sherman touches wrist then strikes Garry in the solar plexus and this time Garry goes flying away from the strike.

Sherman shows that even a light touch can direct the attacker's brain an weaken their ability to take a strike.
