An Aikido Drill from Seated Position




From Aikido we find drills from a formal kneeling position, Seiza.

Theu are using standard Aikido technique, and have the added value of strengthening the legs.

 

This drill is the Suwari Waza Shomen Uchi Kote Gaeshi

 

It is just one of many such drills.
