Chapman, Shihan, recently shared a dynamic video of an Aiki Showman performing
defensive techniques that were very extreme and quick. Using manual screen
captures I saved several of them for analysis. The techniques are so fast, many
of my shots look fuzzy.
The secret :
1) Take a way above average
technician,
2) great technique
3) an incredible uke that starts moving at the
slightest chance of pain from the technique and of course
4) insane practice,
practice
and more practice.
