This is round
three on these drills. Just went through my older notebooks and discovered the
orinigal list of drills from 1994. As time passes they have been changed to
meet ever changing students needs, and somewhat reduced in number. But I feel
the need to save the original listing.
They were
developed years before.
1.
To provide a structured partner drilling set.
2.
To teach specific principles involving use of the initial kick to shift the
attacker’s weight when injured onto the lead leg and then attack that leg.
3.
Preserve interesting studies from
friends training.
4.
To prepare the student’s to be unexpected in their responses.
The previous
articles are here. A video of some of those drills is there too.
