The Sun form, and the Moon form

 

This goes back a long ways.

Steve Fischer a West Coast Shorin competitor had two competition forms of Kusanku kata.

The Sun form, and the Moon form.

Victor Donald Smith Competitors at thournaments then having Cindy Rothrock, George Michak and others to compete against, made changes to what they were doing. In part setting the standards for kata change that still continues today.

 

Doug Yates Mike Stone actually created Sun form and Moon Form!
He shared with me that he created those as part of his Black Belt Test
We run Sum Form but do not know Moon Form
