In 1994 my
research brought me to Hiroshi Akamine kaicho.
He is the second president in Taira Shinken sensei's lineage. As you know
Shinken Taira taught Tatsuo. I wrote kaicho and he passed on that letter to a
Debra Demetrich sensei. She sent me this invite along with a letter. I left
work early and by the time I got there everyone was gone. I called the phone
number she supplied but turns out it was for the dojo and no one was there. So
I missed the opportunity
