In my book titled "Karatedo Kata", on the pages 153-157 that refer to
the practice of kata, I discuss the phenomenon of energy flow occurring during
the lesson between the exercisers. And it indeed is as presented in the article
cited here: stronger people supply energy to the weaker ones. These people who
transfer energy to others I call "energy givers", and those who take
this energy - "energy recipients". Generally, to the first group I
include the teachers and the adepts who are aware of what is happening, and to
the second group - students.
Such situation is as most natural, understandable and positive. ;-)
Unfortunately, but quite often there are also completely opposite situations...
:-( Because exist individuals who can steal energy from other people. I call
such people "energetic thieves" or "energetic vampires"
because - literally! - they are able to suck energy from other people.
Unfortunately, but something like this usually takes place primarily not in the
dojo but outside it, everywhere in everyday life...
And it's dread to think who such people are!
